At Garnet, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
